Yes, waiting is part of life — but the wait is almost over! The ODEON project will take part in the EU Project Zone at Enlit Europe, which will be held in Bilbao from 18 to 20 November 2024. You can find us at Stand 5.F30-S02, hosted by ETRA, the project coordinator.

ODEON joins the “Data Spaces” session
On 19 November (12:30–13:30), ODEON will take the stage at the EU Projects Zone Hub – Theatre 1 (Hall 5) during the session “Data Spaces”, alongside other EU-funded initiatives and experts working on the new European data economy.
This session will explore the latest regulatory developments and showcase how EU projects are contributing to the creation of interoperable, secure, and value-driven data spaces.
ODEON will present how it demonstrates and integrates innovative solutions to build an inclusive ecosystem of stakeholders characterized by the integration of data, intelligence, service, and market flows in the energy system.
A data-driven ecosystem for a resilient energy future
ODEON enables the resilient operation of the energy system, taking into account the increasing penetration of renewable energy sources (RES) and the orchestration of flexibility from distributed assets at the edges of the system.
Through its Cloud-Edge Data and Intelligence Service Platform, ODEON is paving the way for a Federated Energy Data Space that brings together data and services across the energy value chain — and even across sectors.
ODEON tools and innovations
At Enlit Europe, ODEON will showcase its main digital tools designed to support a smarter, more connected energy system. These include its Cloud-Edge Data and Intelligence Service Platform, which enables interoperability and secure data sharing across the energy sector, and its AI Catalogue, which applies advanced machine learning to optimize energy performance and system resilience.
ODEON also develops innovative Energy Services for Distribution System Operators (DSOs), Local Energy Communities (LECs), aggregators, and prosumers — all aiming to reduce energy costs, increase flexibility, and strengthen grid reliability. Demonstrations are already underway in Greece, Spain, France, Denmark, and Ireland.
Spotlight on ETRA’s innovation
Visitors to the ODEON stand will have the opportunity to meet ETRA, project coordinator and stand host, who will share insights into the development of the Community Portfolio Management and Elasticity-Based Demand Response Tool.
This innovative tool gives Local Energy Community (LEC) operators the intelligence they need to predict, coordinate, and optimize energy use across their communities, contributing directly to Europe’s clean energy transition.

See you in Bilbao!
Enlit Europe will bring together thousands of professionals, innovators, and policymakers driving the future of the energy sector. For ODEON, it represents a unique opportunity to showcase its progress, connect with key stakeholders, and share its vision of a connected, intelligent, and resilient energy ecosystem.
