Advancing the ODEON Project: Danish Pilot Workshop Drives Collaboration and Progress

On November 20th, the ODEON partners at the Danish pilot site—BEOF, EWII, and TREFOR—held a workshop to address critical aspects of the project. Discussions focused on the data-sharing architecture and agreements, integration of Neogrid devices at the user site, gap analysis and risk table review, and the planned development of the Digital Twin. The team also finalized the work plan for upcoming deliverables.

The workshop served as an opportunity to align expectations, address challenges, and define the next steps to ensure steady progress. Key outcomes included finalizing data-sharing agreements and preparing for the upcoming General Assembly.
