The fifth edition of the ODEON Newsletter is now available, bringing together the latest project developments and activities supporting Europe’s digital energy transition.
This edition highlights the Living Lab workshops held in Greece, where energy stakeholders, technology providers, researchers, consumers and prosumers came together to explore the opportunities and challenges of a more flexible and consumer-centred energy system.
It also features the results of the ODEON Open Call, which attracted strong interest from across Europe, with 731 applications started and 336 proposals successfully submitted. The newsletter also looks back at the informative webinars organised during the application period and the next steps in the evaluation process.
Other highlights include the joint ODEON and HEDGE-IoT workshop on digital innovation and connectivity in energy services, the consortium’s sixth Plenary Meeting in Bornholm, and a visit to the Bornholm pilot site to explore practical approaches to renewable energy integration.
The newsletter also showcases two new open-access scientific publications and the latest technical progress on ODEON’s AI Designer and reusable AI pipelines, which are helping make AI workflows more accessible, interoperable and scalable.
